CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect the time of both our guests and our stylist, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling request be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you reschedule your appointment three (3) separate times within the 48-hour cancellation window, your online booking privileges will be removed. Future appointments must be scheduled by calling the salon. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a $50 or 50% of the scheduled service total, whichever is greater. Appointments cancelled on the day of your appointment will be considered a no-show. Any applicable cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file used to secure your appointment.
